it seemed to be working pretty well, i finally was able to get my system to around 60-70% of its potential untill my ground wire came out...

you need a relay, or your batteries will drain each other, stinger makes one.

Also make sure you fuse the extra battery, coming in and going out, unless you want to melt your car

btw- 0awg is overkill, im running 4awg @ 2700watts combined peak amperage of aprox 220, with a 1 farad cap and a 170amp alt, and a budget battery. I have never had any problems with electricity delivery or lights dimming, or audio clipping.

alright i am trying to narrow this problem down. With a stock electrical system with the big3 done, alt to bat (150anl fuse) and both battery ground wires, about how long should it take for my battery at 14.3volts to run down to around to 12.5, because this is happening in just under 15 secs, is this normal i am finally suspecting my amp....

How many amps does your amp claim to require? What is the recommended fuse size? This makes a big diff in answering that last question. Also what brand is it?
