Yep, Dynamat and Peal n Seal (I think that's what it's called) will probably stop your trunk from rattling.

BTW Shouldn't this be in the A/V & S Forum?

Peel & Seel is the cheapest way to go. The same company makes Dynamat. It's the same stuff. It's at Lowes.

a cheaper but harder option is a dapening foam spray, thatll get into all teh nooks and crannies better then any mat, its cheaper, but a lot messier to apply. wher ei am i can get sound dapening mat which is 2x thicker then dynamat, but 1/3 the price. jsut cheap heavy matting, works a treat, and its cheap.

there are several types of dynamat but like others are saying there are cheaper mats out there, what you use really depends on how bad your trunk rattles. just make sure its not anyhting else like your license plate or something simple.

you dont really want the spray on unless its away from cabin or storage spaces because apart from being really messy to apply, it also smells pretty bad! most of those deadeners are pretty similar, they all use whats bastically bitumen, its just how much you apply
