new system

I am trying to put together a small budget, mostly stealth, system for my girlfriend's car, it's a 2002 accord, four door. it takes 6.5 all around and I will be using an mtx 8000 as the sub.
I would like it to be an sq system, but she likes volume too. Any suggestions for HU speakers and amp would be appriciated.
I'm thinking a 5 channel, or a four and a powered HU.
I'd run the front two amp's channels to the front stage, the rear to the subs and the HU to the rear fill.
I'm thinking JBL or Hifonics for the amp maybe. I'd like to spend less than 200 on the HU, maybe 250, and a total of 350 for speakers and amp, I'll probobly be keeping the stocks in the rear.
Thanks

What speakers do you want to run. It's hard enough to find a five channel. It's even harder to get it cheap.

I actually think I'll go four channel, fronts to the front, rear to the sub, and the HU will power the rear fill.
I don't have any picked out, I'd like some quality, budget suggestions
