Where and how to mount Basslink Subwoofer in Camry trunk?

I have ordered a infinity basslink with Remote LC.

But still not sure where and how to mount this thing yet

look at the picture of 98 Camry trunk

Where should I mount it?

Why those things suck
Haven't sound a single one as I pretty much refuse to sell them

err I mean SOLD sorry. As far as mounting goes, I can't think of any place that'll be out of the way since they're not that small...

Optimal sub placement will vary from car to car.

In my car, my first box(God awful bandpassed monstrosity) sounded best on the driver side 6" away from the tailights. My new box sounds best on the passenger side up against the back seat. Why this is, I couldn't begin to guess. Something to do with certain zones that really enhance the transfer function/cabin gain? My installer also confirmed this phenomenom.

I would suggest you first try corner loading the unit in the same manner as you would a home subwoofer unit. Then move and angle until you are satisfied with the results and secure it. It would suck to have a Basslink jammed up your ass in a major accident.
