my car alarm remote broke while the alarm was set. Now the remote won't work for the car. This is the spare since i lost the original.

Trying to bypass the alarm so that i can actually start the car and drive it. Car won't start unless alarm is disarmed!

Please Help.

BTW...this is Avital Remote Start/Keyless Entry Security System.

did it come with a switch hidden somewhere in the car?

yes....a push button toggle switch behind a panel where near where my fuses are.

OK...figured it out.

Turn ignition to ON and press bypass switch Once (on mine, may be more for others i presume) within 10secs and alarm was disabled.

Now i just have to get some new remotes programmed and i'm set again. Thanks TNers for the help.
