What size amp?

I have 2 SVC subs rated at 300watt RMS 4ohms each.

I want a monoblock amp.

What wattage should i get for the most power, and how should i wire it to acheive this.

if you can draw a diagram for me that would be awesome.

Wire the subs in parallel. This will give you 2 ohms.

Just make sure whatever amp your buying will handle 2 ohm mono.

Well my DLS A3 will play 870 watts at 2ohms bridged, perfect for those subs, if your interested (one beautiful amp), or you can go with a lazy class D amp like a Hifonics.

If the RMS rating is 300 somewhere around there, I always tend to go a little over the RMS rating like 400-450 watts per sub.

^ They'll both get 500W.

Think of it as a circuit wired in parallel.

Parallel = same power.

Series = splits the power.

Depends, if its 500 watts at 4ohms yes, each speaker will get 500 but if its 500 watts at 2ohms then no, each will only see 250 watts.
