Stealth Stereo Install Help

HEY GUYS!!! Next week I receive my white 2005 3 door Echo hatchback. I'm a big SQ/SPL fan, always have stereos in my vehicles. Only problem is this is my first car that was small enough that made it tricky! I've always done all my own box constructing and installs too, but now with this one I'm going to need some help. Here's the guidelines to my box.

1. I need my trunk space
2. I need to put 2 Kicker amps, a cap and a square 10" Kicker sub with slot port in my car
3. I would like to do some fiberglass work for asthetic qualities
4. I would like all components (amps, cap and sub) lit up with hidden neons/LEDs

So, now I've come up with a design that I think should work. I have experience with fiberglass, not tons, but some, just not any in car audio. So I'm gunna need a little bit of help from everyone else's expertise. So my plan is that it's all going to go into my trunk, but into a false floor. You see in an Echo when you fold the back seat down the back of the seat sits a couple inches higher than the trunk floor, so I want to build up the trunk floor to match the height of the flattened seat. Follow me? So as soon as I get the car, I'm thinking I can take out the carpet from the trunk and the space saver and do a fiberglass mold of floor. Obviously the space saver hole will hold the sub. So here's my first question, when I'm done, how do I secure the fiberglass, I made a mold of, to the trunk floor? Can the weight of the box hold it down? Remember I'm getting a Kicker L7 powered by 600 RMS. Plenty of boom to it! So can I screw it to the floor or bolt it or how are spare tire enclosures usually held in place? So then I will build a plate that will be the new floor from MDF and mount the amps, cap and sub onto that with the slot port as well. I'll put all the neons around everything, however many I want and wherever I need. Then I'll put a second floor above the first, which will have cutouts just big enough for the amps, cap, sub and port again, but of course sitting higher so everything is flush with this level, nothing sticking up to get in the way. Also the neons will no longer be seen, only the glow. Hide all the wiring this way too. Following my horrible explanation so far??? Now I also want to build a third floor, hahaha, no I'm serious, that won't have any holes in it at all, just solid, which will lay on top of everything, hiding it and will look like there is no stereo in there at all. Yes I know, amps need to breath, subs would sound like crap, just give me a sec, I wont run it this way, it'd only be for when I need the trunk, which is when I work everyday. Then when I don't need it, that third floor will be hinged and can flip up and stick with, probably Velcro, to the back of the back seat, out of the way and so I can show off my beautiful system!

So basically what I'm wondering is if anyone can predict any problems with this setup. HUGELY time consuming I know, but I have lots of free time and a shop to do it all in. Also of course my other question was how to mount it into the trunk? Or just let it sit? Oh, and also, just if anybody knows, how could I mount neon/LED in my air vents without seeing the actual bulb because, well, because it'd look stupid if you could!

I hope someone will actually take the time to read this huge post. When I get started I'll throw in pics and diagrams of what's going on. Please leave a comment on what you think!

Thanks,
fendercontender

the only problem i see would probably the amps slidding and the sub slidding too. probably want to mount those. put fans with the amps to cool them down if your gona cover them if not their gona over-heat. tell me how it goes.

I have done the led in the air vent and all you need to do is put them in the back corner (farthest away from where you would see it from the inside of the car. THen a piece of electrical tape can cover the bulb and it will still light up the vent. 1 led will do a faint glow and 2 will do it good
