Navigation Install Reference Material

Hi guys,

Im still pretty new to the toyota scene and I haven't been able to find the info here that I am looking for.

First of all I have a 2005 Camry SE

I was wondering if anyone could point me to a good reference(either a book or thread/page).
I am going to be installing my aftermarket navigation unit in the next few days and I will need to know how to remove the back seats, my interior door trim so I can run wires under the carpet and the front 'A' pillars so I can run the GPS wire up to the dash, locate a speed pulse wire and a reverse indicator wire.
I looked around for a Toyota Factory service manual and it's something like $170.
I hear a lot of people mention a Haynes manual(only seen them up to 2001), would this be helpful?

In my cougar: A pillars just unclipped, the back seat just pressed in and lifted, and the side door trim just unclipped with some force. However I had a service manual, so I didn't quite worry as much about breaking the things when I ripped them out because I knew thats how they were to be removed.

If these sound like stupid questions to most of you, I apologize, just point me to a good (reasonably priced?) service manual for an 05/gen 5 and I should be good

A lot times, it will be trial-and-error to find out how to take the parts apart. I found that the procedures are about 90% same between a Gen3 and Gen4, so perhaps a Gen5 is similar as well. If you want to donate your car for me to try, I'll be more than willing to find out.

For the speed sense wire, it is violet/white (AC), at the ECM (behind glovebox) 35-pin connector, pin 17 or 8.

For the reverse light, it is red/black (+), behind the glovebox, gray 11-pin connector, pin 2.
