remote functions

Hi, I've got a 2005 Sienna LE and the owner's manual mentions that I need to talk to the dealer to change how the remote operates. Ie: open all the doors at first unlock, etc. I was wondering if anyone has a gudie for how to change those functions? The one I'm looking for specifically is how to make the remote unlock all the doors on the first click. Its a factory remote.

Thanks,

Ray

I doubt that's possible due to the setup of the OEM alarm. It's a progressive unlock system for "safety" purposes, so would-be thieves can't get into the vehicle from other doors while you're getting in.

No, the user manual specifically says the OEM remote/alarm can be changed to unlock all doors at once, but 'you should consult your dealer' for how to do that. sounds like a nice way for them to charge me $100 to push a couple buttons.
