Hi all,
I asked this in the Corolla subforum but I didn't receive an answer so I'm asking you A/V guys. I recently replaced the head unit on my AE102 Corolla (with a sweet CD/mp3 blingy thing) but noticed that the light behind the hvac controls is out after the install.
Do any of you know how to replace it? What kind of bulb? DIY instructions?
I haven't taken the center console trim piece off because it was sort of difficult due to my erroneus initial installation and of course I will when I have a new bulb in-hand.
Thanks
Not to sound like a total dick, but i think the reason why nobody has replied back on your topic is because they see that "sig" and they're like forget it about helping you losers.

If the cluster and some other bulbs are working (any of the ones that can be dimmed by the rheostat control) then I would say bulbs, I would get #194s and #74s to be safe.
Yeah whats up with the highlighter green pants? And what's up with the Amerikkka too?
Your sole criticism of my sig picture is the color of one of the pants?
Are you being polite for the sake of the children?
To point out only one visual abomination in my photo is simply a muted F-U with all the unnecessary propriety of evangelistic hypocracy.
The nature of my designated location is a historical statement of our times and our nation, which has degraded to the lowest common denominator of fear and fascist contempt.
But I don't wanna get political or anything.
Agreed. I wouldn't consider hatred a "historical" statement, rather a "shameful" one. If you want to talk politics, go to the O/T forum. Please change your location, otherwise I will suspend your account.

Jesus, man. It's dumbass teenagers like you that have ruined most internet forums.
Intolerance and ignorance, is that all you know?
I erroneously thought that this Toyota forum would be a bit more mature considering the average age of US buyers (48?).
I didn't take into consideration kids using their parents computers, cars, and unmonitored internet access.
I guess my intial impression of this site was disappointingly off.
Whatever, some of you do seem to be decent human beings but it's the arrogance of youth that will prevent it from becoming a truly productive community.
Yo what the hell, back up off my man Wolfcastle. If he wants to have the "2 hard crew" in his sig, leave him alone. Serious I find it pretty funny and somewhat cool at the same time.
And about the "Amerikkka" don't get your panties in a wad about it Luc. Who gives a shit?
The guy asked for help with his light bulb, you don't have to start shit.
