are all Toyota OEM in-dash 6-disc the same?

my buddy recently got an '01 Tundra, with the big (I guess its double DIN) stereo, but he only has a tape deck.

I'm wondering if all the Toyota OEM in-dash 6-disc changers are the same.... searching car-part.com hits for that stereo come up from the Sienna, Camry, Solara, 4Runner, etc.......

so does anybody know if that 6disc is the same throughout a bunch of Toyotas?? thanks

the 04 camry has a union jack display, whereas the 05 has a dot-matix display along with built in sattellite radio. also, the backlight on the radio also matches the intrument panel lights, ie. orange or white.

It will all depend on which year the radio came from the cars, since all the new ones have a curvature and a bit wider.
