Unhappy help plz!

hi
i just brought a toyota corolla, i am having problems with installing a cd player, i cant sem to take out the old system as u can see in the pics?

any help welcome thank u

I'm guessing you need to pry off the trim around the cd player. Have you tryed that yet. I would start from the bottom.

It looks like one of the units that "slides in and out" there are special release tools used, 2 thin metal plates that slide in on sides and release all but a metal cage. It then will slide out forward. You could check with your local install shop.

To use the 2 metal slider things, you need to take that little pieace of trim off... Should just pull or unhook. It's the thing right around the edge of where the face of the headunit would be.
