T-100 speaker/door panel removal

Hey everyone. Hope you all had a merry Christmas and whatnot. I'm trying to install some new 6.5" Kenwoods in friend's '93 T-100. No luck. I've removed the only 3 visible screws holding the speaker holder to the door and it doesn't want to come loose. It seems that there is one more screw up higher in the door panel that you can't get to without removing the whole panel.

So I popped all the clips and removed all the necessary screws on the panel to remove it but the only thing still holding the panel to the door is the window crank. How the heck do you remove the crank?? I didn't want to break it so I didn't pull on it too hard... but there are no screws visible to remove it from the door. What am I doing wrong?? Any ideas anyone??

Thanks a bunch and happy holidays!

-Andrew
