What brand are they. How are they installed? What kind of box? No offense but I would try to get a refund from them and spend the same money on higher quality stuff online.

It could also be the car itself rattling from the Sub. Most of the time it is the rear deck rattling as well as the lisence plate. Also try to locate the sound of the rattle and fix it using raammat/eDead /dynamat.

Best Buy installed it, that could be a big problem right there.

id take the sub outa the car and try playing it. just extend the wire lead so it will sit on the ground. make sure it is the speakers. if it still does it and its coming from the speaker box, take it back.

rattling happens with most cars/trucks. go get some dynamat. its simple to install. just peel and stick. its an adhesive. if you cant afford dynamat go to a home depot or lowes hardware and get peel n seal its the same stuff just another brand.

you might as well just go straight to Home Depot, why waste the money for a name brand if theyre both the same stuff
