Looks good. I remember reading somewhere that it wasn't good to put your amp unto your sub box. Somehting about the vibration and the amp. I don't know how true it is though.
Well I guess I'll probably move my amp to the back of the seat, so it's basically in the same place, just not taking the vibrations straight off the box.
I haven't done the Alt+ to battery + yet, but so far it hasn't really helped dimming much. Might be because I'm just pushing a lot of watts through the system, and the alternator is pretty small. Either way, it makes my engine look cool

Its not how fast your car goes...its how much nerve the driver has to push it that fast.
I think the issue was that when you use lower quality wood, like thin particleboard or something, the vibrations would be too much for the amp to handle, and over time, capacitors would actually come loose from the PCB, and that just messes everything up.
You should take bigger pics! It looks good, but I can't really see the ground system.
You'll have no problems with mounting the amp on the box. The "internal workings" can sustain the vibration, since they are all soldered onto the circuit board. All board manufacturers MUST perform vibration tests to make sure nothing falls off.
The capacitors, transistors, resistors, or inductors will NOT fall off (for a company like RF), they are more likely to break down or deteriorate first (all companies).
