HD series are the bomb, if you don't mind spending an extra 100 bucks.

200 bucks, awesome speakers^

50 bucks over but damn good speakers.

You can get Cardomain to price match the Image dynamics CXS62 6 1/2" chameleons for 269.

You do have an amp to power them right? Components off a headunit is a big no no.

I wouldn't say it's easy but if you've ever installed speakers in your ride then you shouldn't have too much problems. Two good sites if you haven't ran into them yet are
www.installdr.com and www.the12volt.com

http://rayrayonline.bravehost.com/diyds.htm That one should help you out alot too.

You should be more than happy with that component set. Let us know how you like them.

What kind of amp are you running. Also do yourself a favor and sounddeaden those front doors, it will make it sound better and stop and rattles in the door.

http://www.edesignaudio.com/edeadv1se_overview.htm

Order some of that with your speaker order. Be careful though cause once you mat those doors you're going to want to do the rest of the car

It's pretty much the same thing as Dynamat Extreme. Also subscribe to their newsletter and you get 20% off.

ooh ic cuz i got a friend working at best buys and he said he can get me dynamat for $11. not the door piece but the bigger ones.

oo yea by the way when i first got my system it sounded really loud but later its still loud but not as loud as before. could it be something wrong with my system or maybe my stock speakers are dying out? or is it the quality of the song file?

and by the way, wut are components? ...hehe.... -_-

Components are the term used for the speakers you are getting. They are seperate speakers that make up a component speaker system. Those speakers that Durby posted up there are coaxial speakers, where everthing is built into one unit.

If you can get dynamat extreme very cheap then go with it. Compare the sq ft of it to the prices of the eDead. If it is cheaper then go with the dynamat.

You're going to want to bridge that 4 channel amp to send the speakers 140 watts X2 and run the rear speakers off the headunit.

If you can afford it you might want to upgrade your amp. You might also want to have someone install all the dynamat and the speakers for you if you aren't comfortable and fully aware of what you're doing. If you do want to tackle the job then study the information in those two links I provided. (installdr and the12volt)

Good luck.
