Components are the term used for the speakers you are getting. They are seperate speakers that make up a component speaker system. Those speakers that Durby posted up there are coaxial speakers, where everthing is built into one unit.
If you can get dynamat extreme very cheap then go with it. Compare the sq ft of it to the prices of the eDead. If it is cheaper then go with the dynamat.
You're going to want to bridge that 4 channel amp to send the speakers 140 watts X2 and run the rear speakers off the headunit.
If you can afford it you might want to upgrade your amp. You might also want to have someone install all the dynamat and the speakers for you if you aren't comfortable and fully aware of what you're doing.
