Question Too Much Bass in Landcruiser. HELP

Hello
Has any one heard of a problem where there is way too much bass coming from my stereo? I just have a stock system on my 2001 Landcruiser and with the bass setting set at the -5 setting it still sounds as if I have 2 Subs in my vehicle. It is to the point where it is annoying to listen to stereo. I brought it into the dealership and they said they couldnt do anything. Anyone heard of this before and any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

A good thing to do would be to buy a good cd player with low pass and high pass filters. with that you would be able to filter our all the bass from you speakers...

But i think your landcruiser might have some amplifiers that might need to be bypassed...

Give me your car, and I'll give you mine. Problem solved.

If I recall correctly your Landcruiser should have a factory subwoofer, you can try disconnecting it. If you want tocancel out some bass fro the speakers then look into a bass blocker.
