Not sure if this will help you or not but when I had my 99 camry xle, there was an additional harness that was already wired for the non-external amp system. I just pulled out the oe cd player and set aside the harnesss that it was using and used the other harness that was there for my Pioneer cd player. But all of this not might be applicable to your avalon so

Also when installing my flip out pioneer after the old pioneer cd player, I just removed the external amp and just hardwired the whole system. I ran a power wire from the battery to the cdplayer and put a small in line fuse near the battery. Just match the same size fuse that is in your alpine cd player.

For the Acc turn on lead I tapped into the ciggarette lighter lead. I ran a ground wire from the cd player under the steering column and found an existing grounding point. Route some RCA's from the cd player under the center console, under the carpeting, or you can go alongside the door sill. Make sure to run the RCA's from the deck on the opposite side of the car asthe power wire for your amps.

From the amps use 14-16 ga, use 99.9% oxygen free copper speaker wires to the front and rear speakers.

I hope some of this helps.

Since I had worked on a '98 Avalon before, I think the '95 isn't too far off. Basically, there will be NO adapter to bypass the OEM amp, since all Avalon models had the OEM amp because it's "higher" than the Camry. The only reason why Camry has the normal 2-plug (bypass) harness is because the premium sound system is an option, and if Toyota made it as standard equipment, no one would buy the Avalon.

The only way to bypass the amp is to completely disconnect it from the speakers. However, you can find all the speakers wires at one of the plugs that connects to the amp; they are normally identified as twisted pairs in groups of 4. You can splice an aftermarket's speaker harness wires into those. To figure out which wire pair goes to which speaker, use an AA battery and tap both the + and -, and wherever you hear a pop, that's the location of the speaker. But you will lose the factory sub.

The installation on the '98 involved quite some work, and I flush-mounted a Sony ES deck and wired all the speakers like I said above. A CD changer was added in the process as well.
