Stock HU wiring color confusion..

My 95 LE I4 Camry's stock radio/cassette's wiring harness has 2 interfaces - with the RED, YELLOW and BLACK terminating at the small connector. but the wiring harness from Crutchfield has the RED, YELLOW and BLACK terminiating on the big connector along with the others ( power Antenna, & Front speaker connections).

My question is - are the stock wiring colors for Battery ( Yellow), Ignition ( RED) and Ground(Black) different from the standard aftermarket wiring harness?

I have crimped the crutchfield harness per the diagram to the aftermarket HU's wiring. Called up crutchfield and they said that the stock coloring would be different, hence just go and connect the stock and aftermarket connectors together. Am still confused on this, so any help would be appreciated...

Thanks
