OMG my speakers died, Someone please help me

Hey, I have an 88 corolla GTS
I removed the stock rear speakers and replaced them with some aftermarket 6X9 Almani speakers. I used the stock wiring and the wiring with the speakers. They work for like a few months but they suddely died on me while I took a turn. now all 4 speakers in the car are dead and I heard a bad popping and crackling noise. I have no clue what the problem might be. Someone please help me out! I would greatly appreciate it

You have a bad connection somewhere. First place I would check is the back of the reciever.
