Need to replace front speakers in '00 avalon...help!

Can anyone walk me through, or direct me to some instructions that show how to remove the front door panels for speaker replacement in my '00 Avalon?

I'm noticing a vibration noise in the right front speaker - believe it's on its way out.

Also, does anyone know the correct speaker size? I've seen some references to 4" however Crutchfield and Cardomain both advertize speakers as large as 6 1/2" that supposedly fit the Avalon.

Funny, my right front is starting to rattle a little. I don't think you can simply go in and replace them with anything other than factory speakers. Seems like they have cornered the market on that.
