Unhappy amp problem need help!

I have a Ma audio amp Hk-1997 mono block, and it's not producing sound. The green led for power and red led for protection isnt on, but the blue led for remote comes on. no sound is produce from the subs, any idea? I replaced the fuses with new ones, reconnected everything, made sure all of them were secured, checked the fuse by the battery that is ok, tried 3 different grounding spots. Still no sound...I have no idea. please help me

may be a stupid question, but is the gain turned up?

and did you get the amp brand new?
because if transformers are blown or burnt out inside the amp, the power light will still go on and the protection light will stay off, but the amp won't work

if brand new, shouldn't be....

I only say that because I've blown different amps 3 times....and everytime I was an idiot...forgot to discharge my cap....and my amp would start smoking....

but beyond that, from the outside, it looks like it works perfectly fine when you just look at the lights

I'd say at this point, find a friend with an audio setup in his car, and plug your amp directly in using his wires, etc and see if it works that way....

and read the manual fully too....

besides that....maybe you should bring it back to where you bought it and get their opinion on it
