3rd Generation Frame wont fit... on a 95 Camry

I bought a DEH-P80MP for my gf's camry. This is to the thread I had a few days ago. The DEH-P80MP from Pioneer just has a better look in my opinion.

Anyways both units have the same exact frame (went to Fry's to look at the units) so I would've run into this problem anyways.

When I install the unit, it fits fine and it looks great however the frame will not go onto the unit. In my opinion, it looks pretty ugly without the frame. Right now I have the deck ontop and the pocket (with door) on the bottom. Should I put the pocket on top and the deck on the bottom? I would guess this would ugly though.

I also have to get to the dealer now since both clips fell thru and the U-shaped trim piece is very loose, I hate it.

Thanks for all the help guys and gals.

If you're talking about the trim ring, Toyota uses an ISO-DIN (instead of plain DIN) sized hole for decks, so you can't use it without doing some trimming.

So the frame will not fit unless i trim some of the console away. Yikes... that is a little scary.
