wow that has to be close to one of the most unintelligent things ive heard in all my days.. congratz.. but anyways u can hook it up to ur factory reciever but about the factory amp..
1) the amp is connected to the speakers , thus enableing u to get that good sound..
2) if u take it off those speakers to attach to an amp you will A) lose the great sound and B) the amp is WAY underpowered for any sub or speaker 10", plus going on that i doubt you could hook it up
3) u will definatly need a different amp and A) u have to give us a wattage.. or brand type or model or something.. u cant just put watts to a speaker/sub and think its alright.. (very noobish)
4) if u didnt know that by now u dont deserve to put any audio equipment in your car..

not a very good first impression..... but fill us in with what tpye of subs so we can give an accurate setup for u..

You'll need to get an amp, subs, and a line output convertor to send an RCA signal to the amp from the stock speaker wires.

You'll be doing pretty much the same thing as in this thread.

Have you bought some subs yet? what's your budget for the system?

wow, corolla crazy im glad i didnt have the pleasure of your visit into my thread.

mozfreek, cam's advice is the best. he helped me out a lot. basically youll need all the stuff in the link to my thread. also, im sure if all you want is a little more bass you wont need two tens. they are large speakers and require an equally large box to install them in. this will cost you a fair amount of trunk space which im unsure if you want to lose. it is probably a better and cheaper idea to get just one speaker (8, 10 or 12). i picked the square solobaric 8" because it gives the most bass out of the smallest space (8" sub which only requires 0.33 cubic feet box). this sub handles 450 watts rms which is pretty damn much. if you get the same speaker in 10" and a good amp im sure you will not want anymore bass than that.

either way, the best thing you can do IMO is pick a nice sub first, then pick what amp, and buy all the wiring and have it installed.
