There is no switch. Only on-off button next to the power mirror controls.

if your alarm was installed at best-buy i dont think de'll put a valet switch. usually ders a knob u can turn on the actual sensor to adjust it. i think its best to search on-line to find your car alarms specific model and owners manual and turn sensativity up.. or i think somethings broken.. maybe even check the fuse box..

It is a original toyota alarm. I think it was installed when the original owner bought the car.

Should be a Toyota RS3200 alarm. I did a lot of search on google and also TN but not much info.

Sensor LED should be blinking but not blinking. So I sensitivity dial is not working as i do not think it is getting power. Was unable to locate toggle switch as WhiteRabbit mentioned. See attached picture.

The car lock/unlock remote control/alarm is working.
