93 cam audio upgrades

I've been doing car audio with my brother for years, and we're definately alpine freaks. High quality, moderate price (super low, if you're good on ebay.) I got new 6.5"s, 6x9"s, head unit, amp, sub, box, wiring kit, all for less than 500 bucks! eBay saves! I'm stoked, but i still need to grab a mounting kit, because I dont think factory brackets will work on Alpine head units.
My question is this: I own a 93 Camry, and I think it has the premium audio package. Regardless of toyota reliability, I plan to change into a new car to match this kicking alpine system I'm putting together. However, when checking the wiring this morning, I somehow managed to trip the stock HU's security countermeasures. Its the A11708 tape deck/tuner w/cd player (unknown model #) So whenever I start the car, the stock HU will say "SEC" (security?) and the radio, tape deck, and cd player all wont work. The CD player will, however, accept and eject disks. When I take my alpine system out for a better platform (sorry to camry fans) I'd rather not have to replace the stock HU on account of it no longer functions (thus buying my alpine system and like a pioneer something so the next owner can use the stereo.) Is there someway to reverse the anti-theft countermeasures of these stock head units, or am I looking at shelling out some extra dough when I get new wheels?
First time poster here, hope I dont come off as annoying.

well, check you owner manual, chances are the code and what to do are in there. Secondly...just pick up a cheapie CD player and put it in the car when you sell it, pas cost off to next owner, I did it, they were thankful. Welcome to TN

You can try a dealer to get you the security code if you give them the serial number off the headunit.

Ahh, thanks guys. I found the 3 digit code in my glovebox (how safe is that? anti theft..) so it works fine now. The secret coming up will be powering the amp, running the RCAs to the amp, and bypassing the camry's stock amplifier and tweeters, but theres tutorials everywhere, so it shouldnt be too hard. I will ask, though, if its possible to simply unplug the stock tweeters (theyre like little one inch guys in the door by the window controls) and cap the wires, is that kosker or will my car a splode?

Amp Power

Now, running the power, I've come across what I hope is a safe solution. First I was wondering if i could mount the fuze holder to the air filter box *see pic*

Is that an affront? Will it affect anything serious, these two little screws?
By the way, these came off a cell phone camera.
And I found a way to not go through the firewall, but rather, AROUND it. Wondering what you folks think>>

theres a tiny gap just large enough for my 8ga wire to sneak down by the door. You can see where it comes out \/

then it runs through the kickpanel on the doorframe to the back seat and bam, its in. Starting by the hood release \/

Will this business work, or will the point at which it comes through the doorframe be too close to the FL speaker bundle and cause engine-electric noise interference?

^ Uhh.. Thats not safe.

That wire has the potential of being cut by the door hinge. Then you'll have a short. Bad news.

Theres a grommet behind the front drivers side fender/wheel well liner. You can run your wire through that grommet.

And there should be a hole around the drivers side strut tower that runs into the fender.
