Divide the 2 subs?

Im making my newbox for my subs. Should I put a divider in between the sealed box to seperate them? Does it matter? Its getting late, im getting tired of the box making but im trying to complete it.

So, divide the 2 subs
or
1 big box with 2 subs in it so they share the same air?

With that kind've equipment, it really won't make too much of a difference (none that you'll be able to tell). I take it you're going for an SQ setup? If that, just build a simple sealed box and it'll sound fine.

Yeah this is my 2nd box. Im going for nice clean sound. Its going to hit nice and hard though. I wound up cutting a section to divide it anyways. Long process, I hate making boxes, never been good at geometry lol.

Thanks for the help, tried to take a shortcut, wasnt worth it in the end.

I think that putting a brace in the middle is the best idea.

Not just to make sure it doesn't break. It will help make sure the walls aren't flexing which will result in higher SPL if nothing else.

I always divide that way if you blow a speaker you can tell right away which one, otherwise they just look out of phases.
