been busy the last few days making miracles now i have good sound and a trunk...

This is how i started the process with tape and fiberglass

Im filling in the "gaps"

Getting there.......

The finished product looks good and works well for a $20 speaker.......

Wow that came out pretty good. What's the airspace and mounting depth?

the airspace is approx 18 - 20L or (.63 to .70 cu ft) and the box is about 7 inches deep from the face to directly behind the magnet, i was playing with the box size with WinISD and it showed next to no difference anywhere from 16 - 28 L or (.50 to 1.00 cu ft) so i wasn't to concerned how big the finished product was...
