speaker not as loud?
today i installed a alpine 9851 on my friends car and i also put in new midrange speakers. the right rear speaker doesnt sound as loud as the other ones. i checked it with an other speaker and it was still sounding low. what can the problem be? i also swithed positve and negative on the terminals to see if i put it wrong and it still sounded low. but what im wondering is why didnt it make a spark or something when i swiched + and - ? right now the car has the positve wire on the negative terminal on the speaker and the negative wire on the positive terminal why hasnt the speaker blow yet? can somebody show me the wiring diagram of a ford explorer 1997?
