iPod Modulator for Car

I've put all my CDs onto my iPod and im planning to put it into my car. I have a car charger for it so it doesnt run off the battery, and im just looking for an FM modulator. I have the Alpine 9827 headunit, but i'm not really interested in buying the proprietary Alpine-to-iPod interface.

I'm looking for a WIRED FM modulator. ive tried the wireless modulator and dont like the reception. what wired fm modulator would yall recommend to hardwire into my radio for my ipod?

im sorry but your plan is rather dumb, is there a reason that you dont want to get the ipod interface. The sound quality of a direct connect is so much better then fm mod or trans. THere is no differernce in work to. Both have you going behind the deck and plugging or sodering the wires and running out into the cabin.

japple- if you dont alread have a deck then consider the FM modulator, but if you have the cash upgrade your deck to one with an option of aux in.
i have the Kendwood KDC 2025 and think that its perfect.
