USA toyota camry 1994 dash lights

I bought Kenwood KDC-MP925 a month ago.And it was working good. But now my dash lights illumination does not work.It might be because of wrong wire connections. But the only wires i did not know how to connect were illumination wires.I got 1 orange illumination wire and 2 "+" AND "-" DIMMER WIRES.I tried to connect them one by one.It Does not matter positive or negative you connect to orange,it works either way.Can somebody tell me which one "+"or "-" i should connect to orange illumination wire and how to fix dash light?

if it was working for awhile, then it means that you got the wires right.

there's probably a problem with either the dimmer, or some of the wiring has come loose, etc.

so here's the question:
is it ONLY your dash illumination that doesn't work, or both your dash AND your deck?

then I would check your wiring....sounds like when you spliced into your dimmer wires to attach your deck dimmer, the wire might have gotten itself loose...

if it wroekd from the beginning, it means that you didn't wire it wrong.
and if the dimmer still works on the deck, then it means that dimmer still works....
