Front Door Speakers for CAMRY 2005

Hi Guys...I am having difficulty finding a right pair of speakers for 2005 Camry for front doors or may be a good component speakers since the front doors take 6"x9" speakers in a factory fitted bracket. Can some one pls suggest the right size since I tried a couple of 6x9" model which touch the window glass and does not work.

Thanks

You need to use an adapter. I rec. MDF wood. Something like this.

What's your budget in USD for a good speaker set. Are you planning on using an external amp?

Gen 4's don't use 6x9's. They use 6.5's

I don't make them but you can have Marv make some

Budget is not an issue as I already have spent quite a lot to replace the cd player, changer, 4 channel amp, and rear speakers...the only problem came in the front doors. Is it possible that I could get dimenstions for the adaptor ring that is shown in your message.

Pls also advise if there is any brand that I can put in as the problem was wit the magnet touching the glass of the window when I tried to replace it and even by putting in a ring in the shape of 6x9".
