I was looking into getting xbl^2 subs but then due to price concerns I went with Infinity Perfects ($70 each, direct from Infinity). Too bad this came too late.

are the Atlas subs any good, im looking to buy a new sub single 12 looking for something that will give me solid bass re-inforcment and more if i need it.

Yes they are very good SQ subs. You should be pretty happy. You need an amp that will send it about 300 watts rms @ 4 ohms.

I though the Avalanches were backordered, Userlain got his Atlas.

Either way, it's worth the wait, they're really good subs, and a great price

The Atlas 12" is absolutely amazing! I was blown away by how cleanly it reproduced sound!

Not to mention I was powering it with a crappy wal-mart amp!

Well, userlain ordered his at least 3 days ago. I cannot wait to get mine now...I placed my order, but it will not ship until 1st week of June.
