i wouldnt get one, but thats just me
what do they charge for one...installed, tax, out the door?

an 8 inch sub will barely get into the cabin if you have it in the trunk
when i first got into car stereo...at the age of 16
i had an 8 " that ported DIRECTLY into the the cabin and i traded it in after 2 days because it was too weak...i could barely hear it...it had 300 watts on it...

it boils down to what you want....if you want a little lower end "fill"
you might can get away with a bass tube

if you want to be able to turn it up and bump a little you are gonna have to get a sub and an amp...

hope that helps
