so i got a deal for 2 12'' audiobahn eternals brand new for $150. these are pretty nice subs id have to say, 1100w rms. now thats something. but what kind of amp would you guys suggest?

well i found a guy who i made a deal with. he said he would trade me my 2 eternals for 1 jl 12w7. i kinda wanna do this but im not sure. i need a new amp for sure if im gonna go with this. the amp i have now wont even push 1 12w7. what kind of amp should i run this with?

Go with the W7 unless all you want is SPL and don't give a shit about sound quality. Have you heard his system? Those subs are boomy peices of shit compared to the W7.

OMG don't even consider the Audiobahn, go with the W7, that's a no-brainer.

Let us know your budget on an amp for it and we'll throw out some suggestions.

dont plan on a whole lot of anyone sticking up for audiobahn here.. doesnt matter which model it is... everyone hates them.. not JL on the other hand.. nice stuf, plus its the W7 what could be nicer!

but like them.. im going to have to say the JL because audiobahn has never impressed anyone with looks design or performance that ive ever heard of..

well my price range for the amp would be about 500. but i dont wanna spend that much...as least as possible of course. my friend said he would give me a perfermance teknique or whatever for 100 bucks. its 2000watts..

have you guys heard of the new almani subs/amps? its a new german brand. dont know much about it. what have you guys heard?

ive heard nothing of it.. but as for the amp your friend is selling you.. 100 bucks for 2000watts

thats unheard of.. plus ihave never heard of that brand either. I'm pretty sure you could probably find a decent amp for them in your price range.. search around aalittle and search a few...

Same friend running two Eternals? No offense, but if he's running Audiobahn and you're gonna be running W7s, you don't want to be buying his leftover garbage.

nah. no box. so im 90% sure im going to trade my eternals for one 12w7. im looking to get a 1000watt hifonics amp or something. what do you guys think? what model of which brands do you guys suggest?
