I looked around, but couldn't find anything. Is it possible/ ok to put an amp inside a box? Will the pressure hurt it somehow?

its not the pressure, its the massive vibrations!

dont do it, put the amp in a well ventelated, secured, place.

^ mostly because what he said....vibrations, etc won't hurt it, but the lack of ventilation will make it clip...and clip...and clip....until it burns

It might be possible in a ported enclosure, because of all the air movement. But I still wouldn't recommend it.

Plus you don't really want to heat up the air inside an enclosure. It can change the air density, and affect how the subs sound.

vibrations wont cause imdeiate damage, but it will severly cut the life span of the amp. electronics are not intended to be beaten around like that. you can break the boards, crack traces, or break transistors.
