2000 4Runner, Remove Factory Stereo?

Hey everyone, I used to have a 1997 4Runner SR5. I totaled it (yick). I just got a 2000 4Runner SR5.

I have a pioneer mp3 cd player I want to install. The 4runner currently has the toyota cd player in it. In my 1997 4runner i knew exactly how to remove the stereo, I can't find directions for this one. I figured I'd ask before I just play.

I tried http://carstereohelp.com/strtoyota.htm but now they charge for their directions. So i'm looking for a link or help or tips, a tutorial would be great.
