i have a 96 camry, i want really good sound quality but not the loudest. i wal thinkin either two 10's or one 15 maybe. that way i wouldnt have to buy a really expensive amp. i wanted to get a system under 500 bucks

By system, I'm assuming you mean just the sub bass portion. If that is the case, then yes, your budget is feasible. Wait for Cam2Xrunner to post suggestions on this thread. He lives for this kind of stuff.
One other thing, it's mostly in the proper execution of the enclosure with respect to your car.
does the 500 include a headunit or do you have one already, which?
Can you self install?
Keep in mind about 30-40 for the wiring
Can you build your own box?
sealed seems to be the best bet for SQ and self building

i found a kicker 15 inch 4ohms with a 250 rms for $150. sounddomain gave it 5 stars and its pretty cheap. i dont have an amp yet either but was thinkin a kicker amp as well. the amp is what i think will cost me the most so i wanted to get like a 300rms. since the sub is a 4ohms does that mean the amp also has to be?

i have a head unit. all i need is an amp and sub. i can self install with a little help. i want to build my own box but have never b4 so i will also need help with that. i also will need deadening material because alot of stuff vibrates with just my speakers bass

my whole system so far is an alpine 45 watt head unit, two 6.5 inch pioneer speakers and two 6x9 but they are busted(speakers). im thinkin about goin with infinity reference 3 way speakers 6x9, infinity reference 2 way 6.5 , a 15inch kicker comp sub at 4ohms, and a pioneer mono amp with 300w rms at 4ohms
