who has a gen 3 camry with dampening material. i have noticed that i can hear alot of things vibrating when i turn up the bass on just my speakers,and i am gettin a sub so i wanted to know if i should get dampening material and where is the best place to put it

yea edead is the way to go. Trunk everywhere. Doors really only if you get newer better fronts that have power flowin to em. REAR DECK, rattles like a bitch, do that asap

madmax.. stop making all these threads.. just ask all this stuff in one shot and save everyone alot of time lol not to be harsh or anything but when you have like 5 threads going at once its a bit challenging for us to check all of them
Man, I took the edead off my trunk. I'm guessing I did a bad install because summer rolled around and I started finding small pieces of the deadening on my trunk floor. I said screw this, put on some gloves and started tugging. Slow and steady beats trying to pull it with force. You can clean off the brown stuff with WD-40 if you ever need to take it off.
The bass was SLIGHTLY tigheter with the edead on my trunklid, but not tight enough for me to reapply.
