Gen5 Need quick help

I need to remove my head unit from my '02 camry. Yes I'm a "Noob" and yes i did search the forum and i read somewhere that i have to "pop" off the climate control. by "pop off" do they mean to pull off the knobs or do the mean pry off the whole thing.

If you know please, i need to get behind there to plug in my fm modulator for my tv, but don't feel like breaking anything.

pry around the climate controls,disconnect harness,then pry around the radio unit & then u will see four bolts,just like the pic above
