Was it for used stuff? If it was for new stuff, most likely you will notice that paid installation from the shop is required and they'll mark up the installation 3 times the amount of the product you are buying.
But if it's used stuff, that all works, then that is a good deal and most likely you can turn around and sell it for a profit on ebay.
Or if it's used and it all works go ahead and install it, can't lose for 100 bucks(hopefully it's not stolen lol )
