um lets keep this under 1000watts or so, there isnt going to be a amp for mids or anything so its all for the subs, but if something will be changed it will have to be the battery....thanks alot guys
^so ur saying i should only get one of those re xxx? and run the ed nine.1 amp to it right? um also u think it would be better to get that sub in a 15inch instead of a 12inch just to get a bit more bass? can i get mr.marv's email adress so he can built a box for it cause i dont want any of those cheap ebay ones..lol....thank you like always cam2xrunner, by the way whats ur name..lol......later
Um, give me til tonight and I'll find a reputable place to buy the sub. For the amp you know where to get that. Also RE just came out with a killer looking amp.
For 1000, you should just get a pair of RE SX 15"s... The XXX wasn't engineered to be a pure SPL driver...
Another (if not better) option would be to get a pair of Soundsplinter RL-p 12" (or 15"s if you think they'll be louder...). The RL-p's need a lot less power to get moving than RE subs (~ 500w rms per sub). That'll run you about $500 shipped (just call and ask for Mike @ Soundsplinter -- he'll hook you up).
As for the amp, like somebody suggest above, the Nine.1 is a great option. Also look towards Phoenix Gold (some of the best tech support I've ever dealt with) for a quality amp that puts out clean power.
