Exclamation Wire and cable gauge to Use?
I need to know what cable gauge to use to take the signal from my factory speaker harness in the doors to my LOC. I dont want to run cables all the way to the HU so I will be taking the speaker level signal from the doors to the LOC and then back to the Speaker from the AMP.

Can I use plain regular #20 gauge power wire for this purpose ( I have some available) or is it recommended to use "Speaker Wire" to reach the LOC.

Please Advice!

I would use 14-16 guage speaker wire...and only that.....trouble with using other than speaker wire is that you may get confused with it if you rewire later on
