I just got a slim ps2 to put in my car (finally) and I was wondering if I should make a floating platform for it so it won't skip or what not....
tho from what I can see, you'd have more problems with the older ps2 than the slim one, since the cd stays pretty securely clipped in place....
but to be sure, I'd rather not scratch my dvds or the head
any thoughts?

floating....nah, if anything better ventilated, I cut the bottom out from my install...
