Yep. It sounds very promising...and I might splurge on one if eD gives out a hefty discount (must like when they released the edi 6000s...).

I would go for it, that would be the perfect amount of power for that sub. And all Class AB power

One suggestion that you should consider. For the front speaker amp, consider getting the Nine.4 so you will have the ability to run active. You can bridge it if you want to run it passive, but having the ability to further expand in the system is always good.
