AE86 Alarm install questions

Hey guys, just throwing a basic alarm in my car. Just a couple quick questions.
-What two wires do I jump to make activate the hazard lights?
-If I hook the door sensor up to the switch on the passenger side, will opening the driver's door set it off?

You don't jump 2 wires.

Theres a parking light output wire on the alarm. Hookup this wire to the parking light wire on the car. Its a +12V trigger.

No. The switch on the door only works for that door. In other words their independent of each other.

You need to find the door trigger wire. This wire senses all doors. Its a negative trigger.

I probably shouldn't have said 'jump' two wires. The words didn't quite come out right. Anyways, I'm looking at the switch that has the the signals and hazard switch is, and it's got like 6 pins on it. Which wires would I connect to activate the hazards independant of of switch?

I just didn't want to use the parking lights, since my hazards are a little more noticebable. (And I won't have rear parking lights if I end up shaving them later. But if I have to use the parking lights, I've already found the wires.

Any idea on what colour the door trigger is?

if i was in ur situation i wouldnt go to any lengthy method, just stick to parking light. although grabbin a DMM will find ur wire(s), but then someone have to teach you how to use a DMM... so you know, just stick to parkin light.

you brought up a good point about using two wires for left and right, most toyota ive worked on use single parking light trigger, either + or - trigger.

it would be better to post ur car make/yr/model/trim package for faster response.
