Talking My sq system is coming together

EDIT: Read latter posts, changed setup due to buying a 5 ch.

I bought another PPI Art amp. This one's a A300. I scrapped the idea of using ribbons. I don't want to give up my footspace. There already isn't much as it is anyways.

I'm going to use the PPI A100.2 I have on LPG 25NFA tweets in the A pillars(35 bucks each). For the mids I'm not sure yet which. I think i'm going to be using a dome midrange in the factory tweeter spot or in the A pillars fiberglassed maybe. I'm considering the Dynaudio MD140/2 3" Dome Midrange

If I can't find those for a decent price I'll go with the DLS UR2.5 Dome midrange.

http://www.dls.se/english/speakers/UR2,5.htm

What's cool about the Dynaudio and DLS Midrange' is that they are both in their own sealed chamber. They can be put in a very small space and do not require an enclosure for them. This helps alot in A Pillar installations.

The PPI A300 will be used for the midrange speakers.

For the midbass I'm going to take advantage of the 6x9" opening and use an 8" Midbass. Most likely the Peerless XLS 8" http://www.madisound.com/pdf/peerless/830491.pdf

These will be powered off an A600 or A600.2 PPI art amp.

For the sub I'll be using a 15" IDQ in a sealed MDF enclosure. Until the IDMAX15 comes out, then switching to that

I'll be using another A600/A600.2 for the sub as well.

For a headunit, I think I'm going to step up with the Pioneer P9 Combo along with the carputer to 10.4" Xenarc screen.

So I have like 1/8 of all the equpment I need I've got two of the amps I need, and the speakers will be ordered tuesday

I thought you already had your SQ system up, with your ID Max subs, dls iridiums, and your dls or arc audio amps or whatever.

I might be buying a Helix 5 channel to use instead of 4 different PPI amps.

I'll use the PPI A300 on the tweeters and the Helix' front 4 channels to the dome midrange and Midbass. (or maybe vise/versa depending on which one will be stronger for the Midbass'

The 5th channel on a single IDQ. Keep it simple LOL yeah right

OK forget everything in the first post

I'm going to be using this Helix amp to run everything. I'll be using LPG 25NFA tweeters and Seas CA18RNX mids. The 5th channel of the amp will be used on a single IDQ15

I bought a PPI A100.2, then decided against low power ribbons, so I sold that for same price I bought it(150 bucks)

I just bought a PPI A300 Art amp for 100 bucks, and haven't recieved that one yet LOL

I might use it in the future, or save it for my second car I'm going to buy. Looking for a little toyota 4 cyl car to drive back and forth from work.

I might end up selling it though

Haha, if I still was down in SoCal, I'd go check it out in person.

As soon as I get another car (new or used) I have $2,000 set aside for a 3-way active setup. Haha, check back in a year. It'll be worth it. I promise.
