They will fit, but the offset is wrong. You will need spacers and longer wheel studs to make them fit, I believe. Is it worth it? That's up to you.

I believe its for roofing. Just look for an asphalt based product with a really sticky backing. That'll be about the same as standard Dynamat. (but not as good as some other options)

yeah thanks. i accept i'll never get rid of all the vibration but i do need to stop it as much as possible. its unbearable. especially the rear bumper, that must be shaking itself to pieces.

a picture is worth a thousand words...

here's the stuff that i used. it's called FoilSkin by a company called Bakor. found it at Home Depot for, i think, about $14 for a roll 23 cm by 3 meters. you can find it in the roofing section. it has a very adhesive backing and it doesn't smell all that bad like other products. it's moldable (that a word?) and waterproof. which it should be as it's really used to seal air and water leaks around corners, pipes and vents.

props to machy for the idea. i knew it was out there but didn't go hunting for it until i saw pics of his install.

Yup. Go to the roofing section. It is aluminum backed sticky asphalt. Comes in rolls 6 inches wide most often. It is specifically used on the seam of a roof (where one side meets the other at the top of the roof). Works perfect in cars. Look at my webpage to see how I did my doors with it. Can't beat the price.
