Theoretically yes. You could get a 110v to 12v power supply and connect from your speaker outputs to a car amp. Then power a passive sub with the car amp.

It would be a lot easier and prettier to buy a powered home stereo sub though.

You'd need something capable of delivering 200w of DC power, and I doubt that inverter will do the job for long. It says it can handle 1 amp... since Power = Current x Voltage, that means it can handle 12 watts. (1 x 12v = 12) Unless it's talking about 1 amp on the AC side, but I doubt it. You'd need a pretty beefy inverter to do what you want, you're better off buying home audio equipment.

You would need a big 12V DC power supply.

For 200 watts you need a power supply that can output about 20A @ 12VDC.

Why not get a good quality PC powersupply? I have an Enermax that cost me around 80 and it does 33A @ 12v and its 550watts. the 550 watts is distrbuted along the 3.3v 5v and the 12v line, but if nothing is using the other 2 lines, you have 550 off the 12v.

I'll recommend Newegg.com for computer hardware till the day I die. Fast and cheap (sometimes free) shipping, good selection with lots of user reviews.. check it
