SCORE! Another one!

Es-o-ter-ic adj:
confined to and understandable by only an enlightened inner circle; see below

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1

MINE! MINE! MINE!

For those of you who don't know, it's the same amp as the Diamond D7054. Google it.

Factory-rated specs:

50x4 @ 4 ohm
100x4 @ 2 ohm
200x2 @ 4 ohm

All at 12V.

I think I'll use my D5300.2 as my midbass amp, and use this Esoteric for my midranges/tweeters.

What's left to acquire:

1) head unit (I have a brand-new Pioneer DEH-P80MP just lying around...but I'm open to something with better internal processing)
2) mono or 2/1 amp for sub
3) sub (leaning towards 10W6 or 10" IDMAX)
4) midbass, midrange, tweeters.... 3-way active baby!! Still undecided for the most part about equipment ... want to keep it to a *reasonable* cost ... Cam, any suggestions?

Total $$ spent so far (excluding shipping): $265.20

Oh damn, that's a rare and awesome amp. That's cooler than the Diamond D7 line that they made. (same thing but cooler )

A 3 way setup suggestion? Are you planning on building kicks for the midrange? Or would you prefer a dome mirange fitted into the door panel?

Fiberglassing kicks for silk tweets and midranges. Midbass going into doors and POSSIBLY mounting a pair of [affordable] harsher tweeters in A-pillars to even out the sound stage.

As for the car, it's definitly NOT going into my Camry. Possibly a 300zx, but we'll see how that goes.

Haha, that's what I've been doing as of late. Although I'm a sleeper/lurker on almost all car audio forums... SoundDomain, ICIX, CarAudio, DIY, ECA, etc...
